Do you like to trave, do you like airplanes? Than this team building will be very interesting to you. During the game, you will experience the thrill of building the right team, establishing the effective cooperation within the team as well as communication with the customer.

In the second part, you will not only build and organise a team, but you will try to organise the whole company. You will practically experience how things can get complicated, when more teams need to cooperate. In a safe environment, you will try and test methods to better organise multiple teams, structure them to achieve the goals and improve the communication accross the board.

Tulming Teambuilding Agenda:

-          In the first half, you will experience how the effective cooperation works within the team, how to setup good communication, involve your customer to get regular feedback. All of this in combination with high organisational flexibility and extreme product quality.

-          At the end of the first blok, you’ll get a direct feedback from the customer on your final product and also some helpful communication hints & tips; these become very handy in the second part of the game

-          In the second part, you will try to organise multiple teams to achieve the company goals. You will experience how small decision or ineffectivities can lead to customer dissatisfaction and financial loss. Throughout the game you will learn how to organise the teams better and will get a immediate feedback from the rest of the company and the customers.

Tulming Teambuilding Details:

The game can be organised within one day (4-6hrs). It could be directly in your company or in any open area, where the teams can freely move within a room. In case of nice weather, the games can be played outside as well.
